We are seeking an Agricultural Technical Support Engineer to join a globally recognized Chinese company, renowned for its rapid growth in the geomatics technology sector and its strong presence in the international market.
This professional will play a key role in delivering pre-sales, project-based, and post-sales support for agricultural machinery and GNSS technology, ensuring technical excellence while supporting distributors and clients through product presentations, demonstrations, and training.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to the Brazilian market, resolving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage post-sales preparation for new product launches.
- Monitor and improve technical training quality for the region.
- Address complex quality issues with on-site or remote support as needed.
- Support sales with technical assistance before and after sales, including marketing events.
- Analyze market segments to help optimize product offerings.
- Collaborate on custom projects to ensure timely completion and support sales.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support within the GNSS or agricultural autopilot industry.
- Fluency in English
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Proactive, positive, and responsible, with excellent communication and resilience under pressure.
