About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on professional to join a multinational consumer goods company as an IT Governance Project Manager. This role requires someone with strong critical thinking skills, organizational ability, and a talent for turning data into actionable insights. You’ll act as a key link between operations and leadership, helping drive alignment and decision-making across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead governance forums, meetings, and rituals, ensuring alignment across departments
- Gather, organize, and analyze data from various projects, maintaining data integrity
- Update dashboards, KPIs, and both operational and executive reports using Power BI and Excel
- Create strategic materials to support leadership and global teams
- Communicate effectively across technical and business areas, with active listening and clear articulation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT governance, PMO, data analysis, or portfolio management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and collaborative tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized, with strong communication skills
- Experience working in structured corporate environments
- Background in transformation or governance structuring projects
- Ability to translate data into strategic and visual narratives
- Advanced or fluent English

- Experience as a PMO
- Involvement in digital transformation projects
- Strong data storytelling skills
