We are supporting a global project that requires local language support to ensure effective communication between international teams (mainly India) and the client.

This role will focus on real-time interpretation (Portuguese ↔ English) during meetings, supporting communication in an HR/IT project environment, along with occasional translation of materials.

Responsibilities

• Join meetings as an interpreter (Portuguese ↔ English)
• Support communication between local and global teams
• Translate simple materials (emails, presentations, meeting notes)
• Ensure clarity in both business and technical discussions (HR/IT context)

Requirements

• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Fluent Portuguese
• Experience with real-time interpretation in a corporate environment
• Professional experience in structured/corporate environments (medium to large companies), ensuring familiarity with business language and dynamics
• Background or familiarity with HR or related systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in global projects or working with offshore teams
• Exposure to project environments or cross-functional initiatives

Project Details

• Duration: until December (hypercare period)
• Workload: flexible, up to 4 hours per day depending on demand
• Working hours: business hours (BRT)
