Job description

We are looking to fill an opening for a Studio Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate has an overall understanding and experience of office administration with a strong interest in Strategic HR process and management. The ability to plan, develop and implement operations and human resource related projects to meet the strategic and operational needs of the company is definitely an asset. The Administrator responsibilities include salary and benefit administration, recruitment support, occupational health and safety, employee wellness and workplace culture, and purchasing while working with a team of administrators. Responsibilities also include information management through the testing and use of human resource information systems, including personnel management, position management, and training modules.

The ideal candidate has education and experience related to human resources; solid IT and research skills; the ability to interpret an apply agreements and legislation; a respect for confidentiality and developing trusting relationships; and the ability to work respectfully, knowledgeably and effectively with different cultural backgrounds. You understand the role of studio operations and studio administration is to support a high performance workplace and contribute to the culture by actively demonstrating organizational values.
