The ability to plan, develop and implement operations and human resource related projects to meet the strategic and operational needs of the company is definitely an asset. The Administrator responsibilities include salary and benefit administration, recruitment support, occupational health and safety, employee wellness and workplace culture, and purchasing while working with a team of administrators. Responsibilities also include information management through the testing and use of human resource information systems, including personnel management, position management, and training modules.
