About The Team

We’re a small, nimble, and ambitious product team that thrives on collaboration, creativity, and impact. From writing and reviewing code to shaping key product decisions, we’re building software that’s fast, scalable, and beautifully simple.

Our product is built using PHP, Golang, Node.js, Vue, MySQL, PostgreSQL, AWS. We also use Redis, Vue Router, Vuex, Docker Compose, Docker, GitLab CI, and Graylog, and some third-party API's like Stripe. We use Slack, Clubhouse, Notion, Whimsical, Figma, and G Suite to collaborate and build together.

What You Will Do

Step into one of the most pivotal engineering roles at company — where you’ll scale a high-growth org, lead mission-critical architecture, and shape the future of our platform through world-class execution, innovation, and technical excellence.


Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Develop high-quality software design and architecture using Vue, PHP, and Golang
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Build tools and applications by writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code
  • Write, test, and review code in a collaborative environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to improve our products
  • Partner with product and design to define, shape, and plan deliverables
  • Make sound technical decisions following best practices and engineering standards
  • Identify and resolve issues that may affect product quality or business outcomes
  • Work directly with the GTM lead on CRM integrations and tools

You Should Meet The Following Requirements

  • You Should Meet The Following Requirements
    Location: Based in a LATAM country (this is a fully remote position)
    Technical Experience:
    3+ years of experience with Golang and PHP in production environments
    Experience with PHP frameworks such as Symfony or Laravel is a plus
    Bonus points for experience with Vue, PostgreSQL, AWS, Redis, Docker Compose, GitLab CI, Stripe, and/or Datadog
    Startup Background
    : 2+ years in a similar role at a high-growth startup
    CRM Experience
    : Hands-on experience with CRM tools and integrations (e.g. HubSpot)
    SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO strategies and tools is a strong plus
    Autonomy & Leadership:
    Ability to lead engineering efforts independently
    Comfortable being the sole engineer in cross-functional initiatives
    Work Ethic & Mindset:
    Self-starter — able to identify problems and propose/execute solutions without heavy direction
    Proactive ownership — consistently seeks out impactful work and drives it to completion
    Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience working with non-technical teams such as product, marketing, and design
    Communication: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
    Architecture & Delivery: Proven ability to deliver well-architected, scalable solutions
